點好?

今日由夜晚十二點到早上五點都有我的錄音片段喔~
即係香港下晝三點到夜晚八點,兩段唔同既錄音梅花間竹。

其實錄既時候我好緊張,表現得唔好,不過唔想阻住同事收工,佢話ok,就算我覺得唔係好ok, 都唯有將就下..
對自己有要求,但係我又覺得自己很多時候都達唔到,其實會好嬲自己,放唔開既心情就算放左工都放唔開...

有咩方法?

actually...
something i've learnt (so far) from the book you lent to me:
Grace is always there. Have grace on yourself. Have grace on others as well.

"I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead." Philippians 3:13

Although some people may disagree, but I think this verse is not only applicable in our spiritual lives. It can also apply to our attitudes towards work/study/etc., or just life in general.

對自己有要求當然是好啦,達不到有什麼大不了!下次繼續努力咪可以囉!咪俾咁大壓力自己啦,傻妹?

兩條tracks我都聽過啦!兩點那段有點緊張,三點那段自然d,都幾好呀!

p.s.明天要返工呀,不能在家收聽你努力的成果,請繼續努力,加油呀!

哎呀!一早到晚都不在家呀!聽不到呀!
但是也教你一個非常好的方法!
睡覺前吃三杯雪糕,除了冷的感覺會令你放鬆之外,你亦會擔心變肥而不再想那已過去的事,更會努力做好將來的唷!(努力減回那三杯雪糕也可以 =P)

Hahahaha sounds that Viv u really nervous. It reminds me the 1st that I record the segment with Albert and Samson in Hi-Liter. Remember, working in Hi-Liter and working as a reporter is TOTALLY different. As Suz said, just treat yourself as a new guy. Don't be afraid, try to pray every time before you record the segment, I believe that you can cool down and do a better job~~~

friend I said something that i totaly shouldn't have forgotten: Pray! it's our most powerful tool!!! ^0^
if you cannot pray before the recording, then pray before you go to work la. either way, the power of prayer is not to be overlooked! (like i did... >_<""")
