birthday card with GS#4

Good day everyone! i am super excited today because i will be watching Jan Lamb's talk show tonight! all my friends know that i am a long-time crazy fan of this talented Hong Kong comedian, this is my 3rd year watching his talk show live, but i am as excited as if this was the 1st time!!

as for this birthday Card, i did it with GS #4, i know i have missed the deadline, but well, never mind, i do this for fun and i love how it turned out! i hope you like it too~

get sketchy challenge #5

i love doing this! so here i m posting the card i made this afternoon. it's challenge 5 from Get Sketchy, great works on their blog! don't miss it if u love making cards!

i got this Hero Arts stamp set a while ago, there are othe

r animals in the set, but what i love most are the mushrooms!!! aren't they cute?!

this other one i made a 3D cupcake decorated with pearls, but the picture doesn't turn out as good, it says "you deserve a day sprinkled with fun!" on the side, which i embossed with white embossing powder.

the typhoon's gonna hit tonight, this is the best time to sit back, relax and watch some movies! we bought a full set of Harry Potter DVD (1-6) last weekend, though we watched 1-3 in the cinema, i don't think i remember all the details, so i guess we will just start from the beginning!

get sketchy challenge

i came across this website called "get sketchy" when i was looking at some gorgeous scrapbooker blogs. it's a site full of beautiful cards and great ideas, i thought it'd be fun to give it a try!! so here is my first attempt, please let me know what u think!

i used the same sketch and created another set of cards, one says "best of luck" and the other "best Wishes". the ribbons on them are slightly different. i like the color of these cards~
